Moving Along With The Times

The challenge at Moving Along With The Times this week is an open challenge and for this I have used another of those exclusive to Craft At Home stamps
I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and has now fully recovered or at least on the way to recovery and getting ready for New Year
Santa was very good to me and today I am having a PJ day- shoved my waterproofs on top of my jammies to take the dogs out and in less than two seconds was all ready for bed again when I came in- hoping to get a chance to play today but do have to do some housework..... might just shut my eyes to that today though
Am going to see what old movies are on the telly and lounge about and eat lots of chocolates

Delicious Doodles

The challenge this week at Delicious Doodles is PURPLE and the challenge will run for two weeks this time and just look at the wonderful new Fairy image from Teri that I have used along with purple floral paper and ribbon
All presents wrapped now and ready to go and if I've forgot anything then it will just need to stay in the land of forgotten things

Delicious Doodles

The challenge this week over at Delicious Doodles is a sketch and this is my take on the sketch

I used Teri's Polar bears image and they are just gorgeous

Again I must apologise for being a bad blogger and will visit you soon- just been inundated with Christmas card orders and they are still coming in thick and fast and also orders for card making kits for children- working on three as we speak

A little sprinkling of snow yesterday but it has now froze over and is very icy- hope we don;t get more snow but the forecast says more on the way

The wolf and the mail box were printed onto super glossy photo paper and it makes the images look even more wonderful

Charisma Cardz

Happy Thursday everyone and this week its my turn to set the Charisma challenge and I chose

A Christmas Gift or Bag or Envelope

So what is that in my gift I hear you ask- its a little lip gloss

Had a nightmare in the snow this week, car was abandoned for three days and yesterday I managed to get to mum and dads and had to walk to work and back home all week, pulled muscle in my leg which is very sore- have never saw snow like this in all my life and when I was driving my car it said it was minus 12, please go away snow, enough is enough

Hope to take some photos today to let you see what like it is, I have icicles hanging from my roof that would be right at home in the North pole- probably warmer there than it is here

Top Tip Tuesday

It is an Anything Goes challenge at Top Tip Tuesday this week and I would like to enter these two cards for that challenge. They are made using delicious papers and images from Teri at Delicious Doodles

Snowflake and Star papers and the Wolf and Artic fox image are what I used- I made a couple of cards for someone at work and when I took them in for them I got quite a few order for more so you have to excuse my bad bloggy skills of late as I have been busy busy busy trying to keep up with the orders

Today has two books in store for me of Iggle Piggle and if like me you didn't know who that was then please don't bother googling it- it's from a children's programme called in the Night Garden and it is all a bit strange- suppose if you are a young child it's wonderful but.....already did one book and when I took that in got orders for a couple more so I will be Iggle Piggled all day and half the week

No more fresh snow here for a couple of days but what is lying has now froze and the snow plow that woke me up at 6 am yesterday scooped up all my kerb stones and left them in a pile with lots of snow at the bottom of my drive... grrr. was not a happy bunny I can tell you...

Get Funky

Wow can you believe its the first of December already- where has the year went to.

Moving Along With The Times and Allsorts

The challenge at Moving Along With the times this week is a sketch- see below
and for this I made another... surprise surprise... a Christmas card
Papermania papers and the image in Penguin with Parcels from Teri over at Delicious Doodles

oops just realised this changed yesterday and there is now a new challenge so have to make another card for that- oh well- another Christmas card to add to the bundle

The next card is for the Allsorts challenge this week which is Twas the Night Before Christmas and for this I used Craft Studio images and papers and what male wouldn't want a nice fairy wandering about outside their house the night before Christmas




Still in Christmas card mode as I have three fairs coming up very close to each other and I want to make sure I have plenty cards, would hate to run out after the first one and all being so close to each other there is no time to make more but then I could be left with them all!!!
Wet and miserable here again today and its just about to get even more so as I have to do some housework now but then I will be free to play

Simon Says Stamp and Show

The challenge this week at Simon Says Stamp and Show is to use your favourite Tim Holz stamp
I just love this stamp so had to use it for this challenge. The papers are Tim Holz too that I used

Bright morning here today but cold and frosty but at least no rain.... yet!
Dogs are walked and fed and quite a few cards to make today and i really must make some time to tidy my computer up and get rid of old stuff and files from it- probably take me all day to do that though but at least if I make a start... oh well kettle on, some good music and I am off to get started

Pollycraft and Macabre Monday

The Pollycraft Monday challenge this week is DOODLING and for this I used the fairy image and doodled stitching on the card and doodles round the flowers too
Feel as if I haven't taken part in challenges for a while but plan to do a few this week and why! I hear you ask are you here at this time of day anyway.... I'm on holiday yeeha a full week of nothingness but crafting and the odd bit of housework... also managed to start my Christmas shopping this morning as well

Macabre Monday this week is a fab sketch of which I took the skull quite literally

Hope you are not working too hard and I certainly am not.......unless you class making cards a s working and in that case then I just made extra bonus.....catch you later

Delicious Doodles

This is one of three images being released today by Teri at Delicious Doodles and it is called Partridge in a Pear tree and the other two being released today are Three French Hens and Two Turtle Doves- bet you were singing along there
and in total there will be the twelve of them getting released over the next few weeks and I can't wait to see them all and get them coloured
I layered Mr Partridge and the pear and leaves below him and cut out another pear and leaves for the bottom of the easel- the papers I used were from the Christmas Daisy and Dandelion pack

Get Funky- November

the first of a new month again and of course that means time for another Get Funky challenge and this month the challenge is set by the lovely Lou and it is a TAG- you can either make a tag, add a tag to a card, the choice is really yours so long as a tag is involved somewhere
