Kenny K's Krafty Krew

Happy Easter everyone- my card today is for the Kenny ks krafty krew   challenge which is Being Square
So I made a square card - no surprise there then!!
It's still a bit cold here but thankfully no snow today and the sun actually appeared for a little while - been having a lovely little Easter Sunday afternoon crafting session and really got quite a lot made today so decided to take some time to enter a challenge.

New Release

Anice at Funky hand has released a fabulous new load  I Love You Sew  .
After playing with some acetate I decided to make an acetate card and used this lovely paper from the I Love You Sew  download and the sentiment from Happy Happy Birthday  Papercraft CD
If it wasn't for the pearls in the corners you might actually be fooled into thinking I could suspend shapes in mid air!
As well as the download there a fab new digital stamps also, so here's another little taster

weather is still really cold here and threatening more snow but i am just looking forward to Thursday to finish up work for a week and then it can snow all it wants and then I can have loads of time to play some with this fab download.

Delicious Doodles

It's all about FAIRIES this week over at Delicious Doodles.
Thought I would make an easel for a wee change as been a while since I've made one
used the   Rose and Thistle       paper from Teri and the gorgeous   Gothic Fairy       image and kept it in a monotone theme with a bit of added green for the leaves and pale pink for the rose.

It's all about DIE CUTTING this week at  Charisma Cardz so for my card I used a die cut heart and a die cut sheep to make my LOVE EWE card- used some scraps of Tim Holz paper I had lying about

Delicious Doodles

Happy Friday folks, this weeks challenge at Delicious Doodles is all about DIE CUTS

I used my large circle dies to create this card using  the wonderful new Gothic Bride and Groom image from Teri and just created a layer of circles and added a sentiment from Funky Hand and a couple of punched hearts

Charisma Cardz

The challenge this week at Charisma Cardz is a sketch- I went for something a bit less obvious with this sketch and instead of using pretty flowers made a male themed card and used the sentiment and two stars in place of the flowers.

This card will do my Dad when it's his birthday as he was a painter

I am enjoying a day at the Craft Show at the SECC today and hopefully buying lots of nice goodies as we speak
