Kenny K's Krafty Girlz

The challenge this week at Kenny K's is all about flowers
I used papers by Pink Petticoat and my fave Kenny K image for this card and added fabric flowers to the centre of the punched flowers.

The weather here is awful for a Bank holiday weekend- one minute the sun is out then then it's lashing down with rain and the wind would blow your head off so the best place to be is tucked up in a room crafting

Moving Along With The Times

the challenge this week at Moving Along With The times is a sketch

Need to stock up on Sympathy cards- never a pleasant card to make but sadly they are needed and I hate having to make them when they are required and like to have some in stock- used them all and more last week as one of my friends sadly lost her mum and I hated every minute of the cards I had to make

The wind and rain here have been terrible but then when you see on the news about the tornadoes in America then a little 80 miles an hour wind is nothing

Nearly the middle of the week and then it will be the weekend- oh doesn't time fly- will be June next week so I hope the weather soon picks back up and we get some sunshine

Off to get a bath and wash my hair then might squeeze another card in before time to go to bed

Kenny K's Krafty Girlz

Here we are at Sunday once again- where does the time fly to! Busy busy today, a few cards to make and also 50 Wedding Thank you cards which I keep putting off but will have to get on with them as the bride comes back her honeymoon on Tuesday. So a little play before I get on- The Kenny K challenge this week is WHITE ON WHITE- I do love white on white but it can be quite hard to photograph properly and especially with this weird weather.... one minute the sun is shining the next it's pouring rain...... oh well can;t delay the thank you cards any longer... well maybe just a bit- think I will make a coffee first and have some chocolate and see if that inspires me any

Sunday- day of rest- not if you're a cardmaker

Whoever said Sunday was a day of rest must have been having a laugh..........
So many cards to do and not enough hours in the day... been getting on with some orders- have 20 thank you cards for my club's up and coming Agility show to do for the judges and the scribes so have been getting on with those and am half way through them
Stopped to have a coffee and realised I hadn't told you about the latest Funky Hand release Stripey Stripes
And here's a couple of cards I made using the papers- there's a wonderful selection of colours

And this is my claim to fame- The Funky hand gang are featured in the Complete Cardmaking magazine this month and this is my page.......... ah fame at last!

Oh well coffee finished so I better get back to the Thank You cards and get them finished so maybe I can do a challenge cards... oh and remember there is a new Get Funky challenge today set by the lovely Kathy, so pop over there by clicking the blinkie at the top of my side bar and join in
