The challenge this week over at Charisma Cardz is DECOUPAGE
You can use anything at all so long as you do a bit of decoupage with it
I used a decoupage image from the Design House for my little doggy card, papers by Tinker & Co and used a chipboard Top Dog saying

Absolutely love this card. That dog is so adorable.
