This is the sketch at Polka Doodles this week
Now I know you might look at it and think eh... its squares and you did circles so hopefully thats ok but really had a notion to do a circular card so had to adapt it to fit
I used the Candy Doodles CD , some fibres, a Happy Birthday sentiment, a chipboard tree and some cardboard
